But first, the left calls them roving patrols. Lower courts determined that ICE has not established reasonable suspicion to justify stopping Hispanic people around L.A. to ask them their immigration

status. ICE has been stopping people based on, you know, they look Hispanic and they're in a

particular location, like outside of a Home Depot.

And lower court said that the Trump administration can't do that.

Well, the Supreme Court just ruled that indeed they can.

Calvin Al said, ethnicity alone can't furnish reasonable suspicion.

But it can be a relevant factor.

Factors like your ethnicity, whether or not you can speak English well, and where you are

located at the time of being asked what your immigration status is.
