was charged with acting as an agent for the Chinese government.

Linda Sun, former deputy chief of staff, charged with isolating and conspiring to violate the Foreign

Agents Resitations Act, Visa Fraud, Alien Smuggling, and Money Laundering Conspiracy.

Her husband was also charged.

Sun acted as an undisclosed agent of the Chinese government,

while her husband facilitated the transfer of millions of dollars in kickbacks.
