in the Georgia election subversion case.

but this one's right up there.

He's still facing eight of the charges,

but a judge said that three of them that Fannie Willis tried to slap all together are beyond the state jurisdiction.

A former CIA officer who's charged with espionage for China was sentenced 10 years conspiring to provide classified documents to Chinese

intelligence officials. Alexander Yuke Ching Ma of Honolulu, arranged for he and a relative who also previously worked for the CIA

to meet with Chinese security officers in Hong Kong and provide classified material for $50,000.

operation and Ma took a digital camera into the FBI office to photograph sensitive documents

that he planned to then take to his handlers in China.
