But first a new survey from Grinnell College shows Donald Trump and Joe Biden tied should

the two face off again in 2024.

If the election were held today, 40% say they vote for Biden 40% Trump.

The rest remain undecided.

Donald Trump leaves Joe Biden by 18 points among independence and that's crucial.

Another poll from Quinnipiac University has Mr. Biden's approval rating at just 37%.

Elementary schools in Washington state, Michigan, Massachusetts, canceling Halloween celebrations

because the day quote, marginalized students of color who do not celebrate the holiday

of Halloween, which is not really a holiday, it's a tradition.

According to a memo sent to parents by some schools, buying costumes can be a hardship

for low-income families.

Administrators also claim loud noises may frighten some of the urchins.
