More than 100 passengers remain on the ship.

Officials say the overall public health risk remains low.

But there may be some person-to-person spread.

They're still en route to the Canary Islands,

part of Spain. Officials medevaced three people off the boat, two in serious condition.

Right now there are no symptomatic passengers on the ship, but this virus, which usually spreads

from rodent to human, but again, they've confirmed that it's spread to human to human.
