But first, the president warned that Iran would be, quote, blown off the face of the earth

if it attacks U.S. vessels carrying out Project Freedom.

This is as Iranian forces fired missiles, drones, and deployed fast-attack boats against

commercial shipping in the Strait of

Hormuz.

It's prompted our forces to destroy six Iranian boats.

Iran launched a major barrage at the United Air Emirates.

They launched a drone that landed in one of their oil industry zones, the largest oil storage

area in the Emirates.

This is the first attack since

the ceasefire was reached in early April.

This unfolded on the first day of what the president dubbed Project Freedom.
