A federal court blocks the president's tariff plan.

Hawaii imposes a climate change tourism tax.

in the USA. Also ahead, my message of the day. But first, a three-judge panel in New York City blocking President Trump

from imposing high tariffs on imports. The U.S. Court of International Trade rejected the White

House's authority to unilaterally impose the tax without their approval, wrote the panel,

quote, the president's worldwide tariff orders exceed any authority granted to him by the 1977 International Emergency Economic Powers Act,

unquote. Hawaii is now the first state in the nation to impose a so-called green tourism tax on everyone visiting the islands.
