Donald Trump says Putin has gone crazy. Texas to require the Ten Commandments in public

But first, Donald Trump told reporters over the weekend that Vladimir Putin has gone crazy

following his latest barrage against Ukraine.

The aerial attack from Russia killed at least 12 people, including children, at a daycare

facility, according to Ukrainian officials.

Trump said, quote, I don't know what happened to Putin.

I've known him a long time, but now he's sending rockets into cities and killing people.

The Kremlin released a statement after the president's remarks, saying Donald Trump was

experiencing a, quote, emotional overload.
