The White House is describing the trip as a historic summit to confront Putin's invasion

of Ukraine.

Meantime, President Zelensky virtually addressed Congress today, asking for military help

against Putin.

Mr. Biden is reluctant to do that, as you may know.

The new survey from the Wall Street Journal says, half of American voters believe Biden

will not seek re-election.

52% say the Democrat will call it quits after one term.

49% think Donald Trump will run again.

The two men are tied in a hypothetical match at 45% each.

His polls have Mr. Biden's overall approval rating, hovering around 43% more on the President's

prospects for re-election in our next segment.
