Officials say police had been notified of voter interference after ballots were discovered

burned in a drop-off box and also a voting center was vandalized.

The damaged ballots were found in a drop-off box on Sunday morning on a sidewalk outside the Civic Center in downtown

Los Angeles. How in the world is that allowed? How is drop-off balance at a box on the

sidewalk? Boles are open until 8 p.m. Pacific time tonight. During an encounter with 23-year-old

Vikram Digwa on a dark street in England,

18-year-old student Henry Nowak was stabbed several times with a Sikh ceremonial knife.

He was stabbed in the chest, face, groin, and back of his legs.

He attempted to escape, but members of Digwa's family soon arrived and detained him.

They called the police and reported Digwa's story that Noak racially abused him.

Digua's mother also stashed the knife at their house. Police arrived and believed Digua.

They arrested Noak. Even after he was stabbed multiple times, he said he was stabbed. Police didn't believe him.

He died while under arrest. A British judge handed down a life sentence to the murderer.
