But first, a federal judge ruled that ICE officials can access Medicaid data to find people

who are in the United States illegally.

It is against the law for illegal aliens to even access Medicaid benefits, but some states

have state

funded plans that do allow it. The Trump administration has allowed Homeland Security to access

HHS records, but in July 20 states filed a lawsuit saying you're not allowed to do that,

but the judge said that basic biological location and contact information is legal.

So ICE has access now to six categories of basic personal information, citizenship and immigration status, address, phone number, date of birth, and Medicaid ID.

The Attorney General, Pam Bondi, announced that 85 Somalian nationals have been charged regarding the fraud that's been going on for years

in Minnesota with, quote, more prosecutions coming.
