A tanker seized, lights out, shots fired, and a big movie weekend.

First, the Coast Guard has seized now three oil tankers that are part of the dark fleet of Venezuela's sanction evasions. These sanctions have been around since 2017, but they've never been enforced like this. Christie Nolm said the United States will continue to pursue the illicit movement of

sanctioned oil that is used to fund narco-terrorism in the region. We will find you and we will

stop you. If the president continues this proper blockade of illicit oil leaving Venezuela,

then Maduro's regime can't last long. It took a long time for power to be restored for

tens of thousands of businesses and

residents in San Francisco.

There was a power outage that left 130,000 customers without electricity.

The outage is caused by a fire at an electrical substation.

The first outages were reported at around 1 p.m. on Saturday.

The grid was stabilized by 4.30, so no more additional outages. But fire officials

didn't bring the substation fire under control until 6 p.m. That's Saturday. Saturday before

Christmas, one of the busiest shopping days of the year. Not good for the San Francisco businesses

that remain. And it also left plenty of traffic issues when not only where the traffic lights

not working, but all the self-driving

cars that are all over San Francisco, they just stopped right where they were, often in the

middle of the street. Shots were fired during an ICE operation. Ice was trying to detain a Cuban

illegal alien in St. Paul on Sunday morning. I saw the man get into his vehicle, so they identified
