Pharma deal, Supreme Court on piracy, special election in Nashville, and a TSA record.

It's all coming up, and Bill's going to be here with your message of the day. But first,

the United Kingdom has sealed the deal securing a 0% tariff for all British

medicines exported to America for at least three years.

In return, the United Kingdom will spend more on new medicine development and production

in America.

Our Health and Human Services Secretary, RFK Jr., said the agreement strengthens the global environment for innovative medicines and brings long overdue balance

to U.S. UK pharmaceutical trade. The Supreme Court is hearing today a case on illegally streamed

copyrighted material, movies, TV shows, and music. The entertainment industry wants to crack down on this piracy,

and they want to hold the internet service providers liable to the tune of hundreds of millions

of dollars for contributing to copyright infringement. Cox Communications faces a billion

dollar penalty awarded by a jury to Sony Music Entertainment because of Cox's involvement in distributing pirated content online.

And it was upheld by federal appeals court.

Cox said they could go bankrupt if they have to pay the fine.

And Cox said, we'll do everything we can to prevent it, but we can't be held responsible for the actions of individual users who are impossible to pinpoint and trace.
