But first, the New York Attorney General will continue to pursue a $455 million civil fraud judgment

against Donald Trump. The Attorney General, Leticia James, said the fact that just because Donald

Trump will now be the president doesn't change anything because president, she says,

do not have immunity from civil litigation.

This is the scam trial where they claimed that Trump inflated his net worth to secure

better loan terms.

The National Federation of Independent Business reported that its small business optimism index

increased by eight points, the largest single increase

of business optimism on record. The group's chief economist said the election results signaled

a major shift in economic policy leading to a surge in optimism among small business owners.

The outlook for business conditions in the coming months went up by 41 points.

Again, the largest monthly jump since this group began collecting data in 1986.

The current Senate Republican leader, who will not be for long, but Mitch McConnell

fell during a Senate Republican lunch yesterday. He's 82. The last time he fell was March of

23 at a DC hotel. He was out of the Senate for six weeks with a concussion and fractured rib.
