And then I will be here with your message of the day about the 19 states that are deploying

their own National Guard to crack down on crime and illegal immigration.

But first, the president signed an executive order establishing a new unit within the National Guard.

The troops will be tasked with fighting crime and establishing order in our cities.

Supporters say the move is necessary to combat lawlessness in places like Chicago,

Los Angeles, Baltimore, and New York.

Critics claim the order is a violation of state's rights to enforce local laws.
