with your message of the day but first president trump issued an executive order yesterday, increasing tariffs on many countries around the world. But they will go into

effect in seven days, not today, as was anticipated. Some countries facing very high rates. Laos,

Myanmar, 40 percent, Syria at 41 percent. 40 percent on Brazil. This is all on top of the 10% baseline tariff. So I mean,

some of these countries are at 50%. Trump announced also a new 35% tariff on Canada and a 25%

tariff on India. The country's not listed in the executive order have a 10% tariff, that

baseline tariff. Trump also said that

United States of Mexico has agreed to extend their current tariff agreement for 90 days.

Meanwhile, a federal court of appeals asked questions to the government's lawyers if the president

even has the power to impose tariffs at all. The 11 judges on the U.S. Court of Appeals for

the Federal Circuit heard arguments in the Trump administration's appeal of a ruling from a

trade-focused lower court that found the president did not have the authority to hit

foreign nations with 10% tariffs under what's called the International Emergency Economic Powers Act.

But who now is denying the incredible things that have come from them?
