Then Bill's going to be here with your message of the day. But first, a federal judge in California barred the Trump administration from denying or conditioning the use of federal funds to sanctuary

cities and states. The judge said that this preliminary injunction was necessary because the executive

orders were unconstitutional. This was led by San Francisco and about a dozen other municipalities they sued

over a pair of executive orders that the president issued targeting local municipalities

that limit cooperation with federal immigration efforts. This judge, based in San Francisco,

wrote that the defendants are restrained and enjoined from directly or indirectly taking any
