Virginia election overturned, far left funding of neo-Nazis, Spirit Airlines buyout, and

of the day. But first, a Virginia judge blocked the state from certifying the results of Tuesday's congressional redistricting

in Virginia.

There are three claims from the judge.

First, in a special session, there are only specific things that the legislature can

deal with.

Redistricting, the congressional lines is not one of them.

Second, when a constitutional ballot goes to the people after it passes the General Assembly,

it needs at least 90 days. This was only given less than a month. But most important of all,

the Constitution clearly states that a constitutional amendment has to be passed by two different

general assemblies with a general election in between the two of them before it can then be

given to the voters to decide. Spamberger and the Democrats did not do that for this special

election. So the judge said that the Virginia Department of Elections is not allowed to certify

the election results and that no other actions can be taken to enact the proposal and redraw

Virginia's congressional maps.
