Here's what's happening today in America. Obama wins.

And Bill's going to be here with your message of the day. But first, Virginia voters went to the polls to answer whether or not they should redraw the congressional district lines.

Right now, the congressional makeup of Virginia is six Democrats and five Republicans.

It's about right for a state that votes about 52% Democrat.

But if this measure passes, then the congressional districts would be redrawn 10 to 1 Democrat.

They would be one of the most gerrymandered states in

the country. The Obama-led effort to redraw the maps spent $70 million. That's more than they

spent on the governor's race. The Republicans spent only 20 million. The yes vote won, not by much,

but they won. So Virginia will gain four Democrat seats in the United States Congress.

Now, another redistricting news, Florida is hosting a special election next week to talk about redistricting their state.

They could gain two to five congressional seats in Florida.

The commander-in-chief has extended the ceasefire.
