Here's a title of my talk tonight kind of where we're headed and it's an interesting title,

unusual, and that is the number one reason people go to church.

The number one reason people do church.

So what I want to talk tonight.

What is the number one reason?

I recently was informed of this by David Carroll,

my friend and CEO of Church Home.

He informed me that a recent study was done and you will be

shocked what the number won't maybe not shocked but I was I was encouraged but

also somewhat surprised so tonight's message is dedicated to all of those people that were

polled in that important survey because they have told us what the general

consensus is of why people do church go to church consider church involve themselves in church and we're

going to speak to that tonight so we're going to go to Luke chapter 17 for those who've

been around I've been on this passage now for a few weeks. We're going to jump in

there again. Luke chapter 17, we'll start reading in verse 11. We'll read a few

verses and then we'll close our eyes and we shall pray if you want to it's a free country and then we'll

get started are you good promise okay you're a little quiet people from

New Orleans aren't quiet though,
