This is the worst flu season in 13 years, and Dr. Parikh explains the combination of reasons why she thinks this is the case. The chat about how allergies, a cold, the flu, and Covid symptoms can be identical, and the number of people who don’t care to get the flu shot (not cool). Dr. Parikh discusses the misconceptions around the flu and flu shot, the importance of not opting to mask up instead of getting vaccinated, and shares what you can do in addition to getting vaccinated to keep people safe as we gather for the holidays.
