I would wake up at 3 a.m. with just anxiety coursing through my body. I had no idea at the time it

was connected to my drinking. I thought I had insomnia. I thought my job was stressful. I went to

a therapist and of course gave her my standard line of like, oh I drink a couple glasses of wine,

a couple nights a week and told her how much anxiety and insomnia I had and she prescribed me

anti-anxiety meds and ambient. Not her fault but I was then drinking a bottle of wine at night
