Hey guys. we are back with part two of our episode on the Norfolk Four. I am not going to do a really heavy recap this time because, well, we are releasing.

On February 22nd, 1999, a woman named Karen contacted Detective Ford because she had received

a letter from this man, Omar Ballard,

and he was currently in jail.

Omar may have been an ex-boyfriend of Karen's. It's really unclear, but the letter he sent

her was pretty vulgar and very threatening. He basically says he knows everything that's going

on outside jail, and he can get anyone to kill Karen if he wants to.

He threatened to have her killed if she didn't send sexually explicit photos of herself within a week.
