So unfortunately, the Times reported Friday that US intelligence officials found evidence

indicating that Russia's military intelligence agency had put out bounties on US troops in

Afghanistan.

The White House now confirms Mr. Trump has been briefed, but insists that US intelligence

agencies disagree on whether the claims are accurate.

Valegations that Russia offered bounties, the Taliban linked militants for the deaths

of American troops reported first by the New York Times.
