And he said to me, it's actually really tough.

And I knew he was gonna say that, to be honest with you.

I said, why is it tough?

He's like, I just feel really lonely.

And I wasn't expecting that.

I was like, well, let's take a look about this.

You are no longer on a team.

You lead a team.

Therefore, the things you do every day are not the things they do every day.

You do different things. Therefore, you do things alone. You also do things before other people.
