Today, inshallah, we'll discuss a very beautiful, interesting, very fascinating incident

from the Syirah, one that I know a lot of people are always fascinated about.

It's a topic that every single person is interested in.

It is the incident in which the Prophet ﷺ interacted with the believing Jin.

This is the only time that we know of that he had an interaction with a group of believing

Jin.

And it is called the Night of the Jin, Laylat al-Jinn.

And today inshallah, we'll summarize some of the benefits we can gain from that story

from the Syirah.

It's reported in the Sahih ima Muslim that al-Khamah, one of the famous tabi'een, he

died 103 hijrah, al-Khamah asked his Sheikh, his teacher, Ibn Masood.

He said to Ibn Masood that, oh Ibn Masood, were you present with the Prophet ﷺ on the

night of the Jin?

Now this question, first and foremost, we are so jealous in a halal manner of people

like al-Khamah, who could quiz the sahaba eyewitnesses, how we wish we could interact with

those who are interacting with the Prophet ﷺ, ask them more detailed questions.

Of course now we have what we have, we cannot get any more questions, right?

So al-Khamah is asking directly.

And this shows us that Subhanallah, they knew the Syirah, he knew the light night of

the Jin.

So he's asking a very specific question.
