It's ruined.

Hey everybody, welcome to ruin. This is Halle and this is Allison and we're coming to you on our rainy day in Los Angeles

to ruin a horror movie. What's the weather like in New York, Allison?

It is sunny and cold. So it's just that perfect perfect winter combo where you're like, oh it's nice out

and then like I just had to go get a COVID test and they they're like there were just a lot of people

doing it and they made us stand outside and at first I was like this is super fine and then like

after a few minutes I was like this is not okay and they were like bringing hand warmers to people

and I was like oh no what kind of hells are we living. I also realized this is my first episode

of the New Year and with them of the January we're just going to do sort of a grab bag Lucy

movies that we had wanted to get to but don't necessarily fit into a theme. It's sort of like a reset

you know for the New Year. But I do want to ask Allison are you a you a resolutions person

do make a resolution do you keep a resolution. I am not. I am not. I don't I like I not because I'm

just like I don't know like think points I feel like points in the year I suddenly become like okay

like I really need to start exercising more or I need to write more like whatever it is and that's

just when it happens and like to start at the beginning of the year it's like yeah I need to make

everything like everything needs to be better I know that so it'll come when it cut like the

inspiration to change my life will come when it comes and yeah I think what about you that makes

total sense. I feel like my only resolution is I want to read more but really what I want to do

is I want to read more horror so I just got two new books I can't recommend them yet but I will

if they're good and yeah I was like what a perverse resolution to do so good for my brain but only
