Summary

On January 4th, two days before the violence at the Capitol that is now at the center of President Trump's second impeachment trial, protesters gathered outside the Virginia home of Senator Josh Hawley. Demonstrators targeted the Missouri Republican after he said he would object to affirming Joe Biden's election victory. Erin Hawley, a lawyer, professor and the wife of Missouri Republican Senator Josh Hawley discusses that terrifying night, the need to temper our country's political rhetoric and her husband's critics. Teachers unions across the nation have been in a standoff with government leaders over whether it is safe for them to return to schools for in-person learning. This week the Chicago Teachers Union finally came to an agreement with the nation's third-largest district to return to classrooms although it was not a unanimous decision. President of the American Federation of Teachers, Randi Weingarten joins today's Fox News Rundown to explain some of the issues that have prevented teachers from returning to in-person learning, teacher unions being perceived as the "bad guys" and more. Don't miss the good news with Tonya J. Powers. Plus, commentary by Guy Benson, host of the Guy Benson Show. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
