Okay, so yes, I do wash my rice. Now, when did you start washing your rice? I've always washed my rice.

Have you really? Yeah, because it removes the starch. Yeah, see, I have never washed my rice. No judgment. And I didn't know it was a thing until recipes on Instagram, everybody's washing their rice. And I was like, is this a new thing? Rice laundry. It does say on the back, doesn't it, to wash it? I don't think I've ever read the back of a rice packet. Well, they can be very misleading and I've got a bone to pick with some Jasmine rice, actually, I bought. I bet you have. I bet you have. I have got complaints to make. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Pause, let the water drain go again. So I do it wash. I think I wash rice

thrice. I do it three times. But I've actually been on the fence with a rice cooker. Do you have one? No. But I do have a fail-safe way of cooking rice.

little rice or too much.
