Faisal, is this just the stuff of politics or is there really a major issue, a major crisis that we've got to get our head around?

I think there is a major crisis, and it isn't even really about specifically what's happening this year. We've had versions of this over the past few years. There is a systemic issue here,

I think, with the NHS and its interaction with an ageing society and politics deals with it very, very badly
