which is mental health and a mental health advocacy, in particular head trauma advocacy.

Our guest this week is former NHL player Daniel Carbom Carcillo.

And if you are an NHL fan, you probably know who this man is.

He was a badass enforcer in the NHL.

And he is now a head trauma and concussion advocate who speaks out about the awful state

of player support and player awareness surrounding head trauma in the NHL.

And when I said it got heated, what I mean by that is that

Daniel has some choice words for the NHLPA. And it made for an absolute fascinating

conversation. We also dive into his advocacy work for alternative therapies like
