What's up, dude? So, first of all, I think this weekend absolutely highlighted the fact that tanking or deferred, what they're called deferred winning, whatever the hell. Deferred winning. It's very much in play. Like it's happening. It's on the minds of organizations. The Las Vegas Raiders absolutely prove that. but look, let's not like absolve the Giants here.

I think the Giants would absolutely make those kinds of decisions if they had to. Tiki, one of the things that you pointed out, I absolutely agree with, and this is the first thing that came to mind when that Rapid Port report came out. Go ahead. That was a strategic leak. That's all that was. because if you're the Giants and you have the number one pick at the end of the day, right, how are you going to convince the Raiders and the Jets that you actually might want to use that pick on the best available quarterback? Yeah. Like, you can't be hyping up the fact that Jackson Darts your guy, right? you have to be able to kind of leave some room in there. Like, I don't know if we're too sure about this dark guy. We're willing to use it on a quarterback.

Because if that doubt doesn't exist, then the Raiders, if they're sitting at two, they'll just be like, all right, don't worry about it. You guys are going to take an edge rusher.

We'll take, you know, Fernando Mendoza when he falls to us.

So I think, like, if you keep that in mind, I'm not entirely sure what Giants fans who

wanted the team to tank are so upset about.

Because in my mind, I'm thinking like this.

Let's say you get the number one pick.

Your real trade partner is not going to be the Raiders.

You're going to want to exploit the Jets.

So you're going to want to get two first-round draft picks for him. The last time that happened for a number one pick was what? The Bears and Panthers trade when they got Bryce Young. Yes. Bryce Young was objectively a much better ranked quarterback prospect than a guy like Fernando Mendoza going into the draft. No, no doubt. Especially as you got through the combine. Well, we also don't know, Gabe. We don't know. We don't know what he's going to be.
