make sure to take care of myself and my soul because that was a wake up call for me. Like, man,

he didn't get the opportunity to make it to tomorrow because he put everybody else before himself and before his health.

He was so conscientious of everyone. It was big for me to take care of myself. So that helped

healing. And then I think allowing myself to feel and not make myself wrong. I think even as people who are helping me through,

you and I had talked about it before and you just said it. You're like, I don't even know what

to say. Like we don't even have the right words. And when we say something as humans, we make

ourselves wrong right away. Right. And so same on the other side of grieving.

Like we have this idea of what grieving looks like,

but it actually doesn't look like anything.

It gets to look like what you want it to look like.
