Excited, as always, to talk some fantasy football with you.

Curtis, you are back for this episode. I understand

that you made, as always, some dynasty moves since the last time we talked. Oh, yeah, man.

We had our buddy, Ryan McDowell from Dynasty League football, stopped by for a great show

last week. And we were doing a little bit of dynasty checkup on each other's rosters.

We've done two of those last two weeks.

It's been pretty fun exercises.

Well, I was looking at one of my FFPC Superflex best ball dynasty squads.

It's $250 squad.

So these trades, you know, thinking about them a little bit,

you make the right trade, you bring home, you know,

a couple Gs at the end of the year in those leagues.

And so we're looking for some running back help.

We're asking Ryan what he thinks.

I'm deep at wide receiver on this squad.

And one trade that he suggested is a trade that I
