This morning we're starting with a Texas case that has national implications.

A group of anti-abortion activists and doctors have filed suit against the Food and Drug Administration.

They're calling for the agency to revoke its approval of one of the drugs used for medication abortions.

The FDA announcing that it will allow pharmacies to distribute the abortion pill Mifaprestone directly to patients.
