Two children and an adult were injured after a large tree, and that's a bit of an understatement, a huge tree, fell onto a school

playground in Melrose on Monday. The city is calling it, quote, a serious accident. It happened at

the Winthrop Elementary School just moments after school was let out for the day. Two children and

adults, as I said before, were injured and taken to the hospital in ambulances. The ages and conditions of those who were injured were not released. And neighbor spoke with WBZ. After school, kids were playing on the playground as they usually do. And the wind picked up and a tree fell.

It just sad. Sad for the family. Sad for everyone, you know. It was gusty. It was definitely gusty today. Yeah, swing and a miss in the forecast. I didn't hear anything about the wind yesterday. The wind was crazy. During Curtis's forecast. No mention of the wind gusts whatsoever. I have never had allergies as bad as I do right now. Oh, is it? Really? I was at the freaking public garden, swan boat, carousel, shoot me in the head. Okay. Oh. It was a wonderful time. My eyes were just hurting. Well, hopefully they will be okay. Yeah.
