Well, a man will be arraigned today after he was arrested for murder and animal cruelty.

42-year-old William Haney intentionally ran down 79-year-old John Axelrod of Boston and his dog, then drove off at

9 a.m. on Saturday morning. Terrible, terrible story. We can hear from one area resident on BZ.

As someone that runs around here quite a bit, it's, I usually think of this as a peaceful area.

It's kind of terrifying, just being, I don't know, walking around.

It was only, it was 8 a.m.

So not even like at an abnormal time of the day.

But just very, very sad.
