Summary

Zach came in on a bit of a tear. He sent me a text before the show because in Pierce County, in the separate country of Washington, there has been a change in the housing laws. Why am I telling you this? We are not a local show; we are a global podcast, but I tell you about this because it is coming to your area. The separate country of Seattle is where they test all of their evil schemes. Pierce County (Tacoma) now has what King County (Seattle) did with housing. The law states that you cannot conduct background checks on proposed renters, and you cannot discriminate against pedophiles. And, by the way, you have to accept applications on a first-come, first-serve basis. Zach explains why this is great for Blackrock, which wants to own all the housing. Remember, “You'll own nothing and be happy”? Zach explains that and how they intend to roll this out across the country. He also tells us about passive ETFs and how companies that are losing money continue to have their stock prices rise.
