Welcome to our Thursday's broadcast of the Gospel Truth.

This week I've been sharing with you about the baptism of the Holy Spirit, which is where God empowers you with supernatural ability to be able to live the Christian life.

The Christian life is not just difficult or hard, it's impossible.

It's impossible for us to lay hands on the sick and see them recover in our own ability.

It's impossible for us to be able to rejoice always, as Paul said in Philippians chapter 4, and again I say rejoice.

It's impossible to count at all joy when you're in problems unless you're in dude with power from on high.

And this is what Jesus told his disciples.

And so this week I've been talking about the baptism of the Holy Spirit, how that absolutely transforms your life.

Outside of your personal born again experience with Jesus, the next most important thing that you can do is receive the gift of the Holy Spirit and the power that comes along with that.

That's what we've been talking about all week.
