Summary

1:19.2	their connections to him? So right now, we don't have any evidence, any clear evidence of contact between Saipov and ISIS
1:27.3	Central in Iraq and Syria.
1:29.1	But we know, basically without a doubt at this point that he had a very tight sort of ideological allegiance to the group.
1:36.2	The reason we know that is because he requested to have an ISIS flag in his hospital room,
1:42.2	which is just really brazen after you've killed eight people
1:46.5	in the name of this group, leading to the president calling for him to get the death penalty
1:50.8	on Twitter last night.
