George first of all can you explain what happened with

pensions to me in words of one or maybe two syllables? Well George Osborne has

recognized that this is a group of voters who feel they have lost out through low interest rates,

other loosely policy and some of whom have defected to. And he has worked out with an election

less just over a year away,

the toys need to start doing things to win them back.

So he's introduced, for instance, a pension bond,

a new pension bond which will pay at above average market

rates so that they will be able to get a decent return on their savings.

He's allowed them to draw down much more of their pension without being taxed on it.
