The National redistricting wars enter a new phase.

This is redistricting.

It's a fancy way of saying gerrymandering.

I think most people are more familiar with that term.

Hakeem Jeffries was in Illinois yesterday, trying to encourage Democratic lawmakers in Illinois to add one more Democratic seat to that state's map. At the same time, Indiana lawmakers

are convening a special session to consider getting rid of a Democratic seat in Indiana.

In Virginia, the Democrats are pitching a victory in next Tuesday's gubernatorial elections,

and if they win the way that they think they might win,

then they may be able to add two or even three Democratic seats to the House of Representatives.

Democrats in California, again, you know, Tuesday will be the election for Proposition 50.
