Anyways, so we talked about the socio-cultural and political divides in Israeli society last episode

within the context of political civil strife and internal violence regarding the hostages,

the war in Gaza, and the potential recognition of Palestinian statehood.

This second episode will focus heavily on the political aspects,

both internal and external to Israeli society, and that could lead to a violent civil strife

between the liberal metropolitan Israelis and the right-wing religious settler block of the society.

Palestinian statehood may very well be the flashpoint.

So for all you newcomers of the current state of affairs, here's what's going on.

There's a genocide going on in Palestine, according to the United States definition of the term.

The vaunted Western world is prepared to sacrifice the entire architecture of an international law that has been put in place post-World War II, specifically to prevent there being another genocide like the Holocaust.

They are prepared to tear it asunder so that Israel can continue to slaughter 250 Palestinians a day, the majority of whom are children,

in order to accomplish their messianic vision of a greater ethno-supremicist Israel.

We are throwing out the entire rules-based global order for the sake of a rogue colonial project

that is the point of crisis our politics are at now.

Anarchy and might makes right on the global scale.

And I think it's incumbent upon all of us who recognize this to make a counter-narrative to

challenge the absolute nonsense spewed by our politicians who only seek to enrich their

paymasters and maintain their place in this appallingly corrupt and malfunctioning global
