And I think maybe awakening a lot of you to the realization that your best years of your life and certainly as your

life as a real estate practitioner are still very much ahead of you. So Julie, we just literally

walked away from watching this. What are your prevailing thoughts? Wow, I have so many. The first,

I think I'm so thrilled and excited that the inauguration had such a positive outlook and that it was more about what makes

us similar as Americans than what makes us different and the return to the core values that

the you know the country was founded on and and that gets back to what's your North Star you know protecting our citizens and making you know, the country was founded on. And that gets back to, what's your North Star,

you know, protecting our citizens and making, you know, dare I say it, making us great again

as a country, right? As our cities and as the, you know, you talked about westward expansion.
