Good afternoon, fellow investors, and welcome back to Investor.

I'm Luke Guerrero, and it is Wednesday, August 13th, 2025. Now it is summer, and the season is in full swing. It is hot, hot in some parts of this country,

including where I live in downtown Los Angeles. And oftentimes, when it gets hot

outside and people go out to get some sun and relax, they lose sight of what keeps us all

motivated, what keeps us all going. And that is our desire, our job, to continue to prepare

for our financial futures. And so here at InvestTalk, in the winter,

in the spring, in the fall, and even in the summer, we see our main job, our objective for

this podcast and radio program is to help you become a better and more informed investor.

We want to help you understand market dynamics and especially

how those dynamics affect your portfolios. In order to do that, I brought a mixture of

educational and actionable material that we will be going over today. Of course, however,
