Back before social distancing measures moved whole organizations into the virtual world,

working from home was often a perk, doled out to people who had proven themselves.

It would be doled out once a week and inevitably on Fridays.

Friday Fridays are almost universally perceived as the least productive day of the week.

The thinking was that people who worked from home would not really be working.
