We like to get right into it and what we're going to get into today is the never-ending

war on Brett Kavanaugh.

Maybe you haven't been following it, it's going on.

Brett Kavanaugh, the Supreme Court Justice, was sworn in to the Supreme Court more than

four years ago on October 6th, 2018.

Now, taking the oath for him, followed what was maybe the ugliest Supreme Court Senate

confirmation process in history.

I know given the previous examples of Robert Bork, Clarence Thomas, that's saying something,

but it probably was.

But when it was all over, finally, Kavanaugh settled into the court.

He has by all accounts been performing admirably ever since and it was over, not really.

The people who tried to kill the Kavanaugh nomination never gave up.

They never went away.

They still want to end his time on the court.

And now they seem to be having a moment, thanks to a new documentary recently premiered

at Sundance Film Festival.

It's called Justice.

Make of that what you will.
