1:13.9	and facilitator with evolution, which is a global community and consulting firm with more than

1:50.1	career as an executive coach. I actually started as an engineer and I was a CTO. And then when I had
1:55.1	your niece and nephew that you adore, I wanted more flexibility so I could see them occasionally because I had had a really big job.
2:04.0	So got into tech recruiting and spent quite a long time in that world, mostly working with venture back startups.
