So, you know, where this came from was that I was realizing something that we were all realizing but I guess was feeling compelled to see what I could do about it.

You know, I was working all the time, my wife was working all the time, my friends were working all the time, and

you know good people working hard trying to get a lot of stuff done, really contributing to

their jobs and yet feeling bad at the end of the day and feeling like we hadn't done enough

and this sort of constant sense of overwhelm.
