Hey there, I'm so glad you stopped by for this podcast. We hope so much we can serve you today.

Turn with me if you would please. You've already seen a glimpse of it,

but now we're going to turn and read through it together. Psalm 25, Psalm 25, and after I read you

about 15 verses of it, I'm going to start sharing with you the theme that God has given us,

and he began to work this in my mind a couple of weeks ago. I've laughed with a number of groups

and said, you know, I really need to change the way that I pray before an event because very often

I will pray that God will just like give me a word, just give me a word, and I can't tell you how

often it begins with a word. Like it'll be just one word will jump in my head, and that's where it

starts, and that's exactly what happened this time. So I want to read to you. Psalm 25, I'm going to

read out of the NIV, the 84 versions. So if you've got the newest one, it's going to be a little bit

different, but many of your versions will be similar. To you, O Lord, I lift up my soul. In you,

I trust, oh my God, do not let me be put to shame nor let my enemies triumph over me. No one whose

hope is in you will ever be put to shame. Let me read that to you again. No one, because

somebody really wants to amen that tonight. No one whose hope is in you will ever be put to shame.

Let me hear that. But they will be put to shame who are treacherous without excuse. Show me your

ways, O Lord. Teach me your paths. Guide me in your truth and teach me for you are God, my Savior.

My hope is in you all day long. Remember, O Lord, your great mercy and love for they are from old.

Remember not the sins of my youth and my rebellious ways according to your love. Remember me

for you are good, O Lord. Good and upright is the Lord. Therefore he instructs sinners in his

way. He guides the humble in what is right and teaches them his way. All the ways of the Lord are

loving and faithful for those who keep the demands of his covenant. For the sake of your name, O Lord,

forgive my iniquity, though it is great who then is the man that fears the Lord. He will instruct
